Our dropshipping service allows you to place orders from a variety of online retailers, including Amazon, eBay, Costco, and more, even if they don’t deliver to your postal address. We'll handle the shipment and deliver the goods for you.

  1. Order any item you need on a merchant's website. (Amazon, eBay, Costco, Tesco, etc.)
  2. Contact us and send us the link to the products you want.
  3. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to confirm your orders before making any payment.
  4. Once confirmation has been made, you can now pay for your desired product, and we will handle the rest.

If the merchant offers a bulk discount, then yes. We don't add any fees on top of the product(s). You will only be charged for service and shipping fees.

  • standard Shipping (Sea freight) 3-4 weeks
  • Expedited Shipping (Air freight) 5-10 days

We accept various payment methods, such as bank transfers, online payment platforms, and payment in person in one of our branches. Please check our website or contact our sales team for specific payment options available in your region.

After completing the transaction, the invoice and sales receipts will be forwarded to you via email.

Customers will pick up the package from one of our branches. However, if you wish to have your items delivered to your home or office address, additional charges will apply. Please let us know the delivery method that you prefer. 

In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation and work to resolve the issue promptly, including possible reimbursement or replacement of the affected items.

RETURN AND REFUND 

RETURN: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee from Africa to our UK Warehouse and back to the merchant.

REFUND: Refunds are based on the vendor’s terms and conditions.
